Serbian Mountains
Serbia has 5 national parks and four of them are situated on the mountains (Kopaonik, Tara, Fruska Gora, and Sar planina).  They are excellent choice for the summer holiday as well as for the winter holiday.
Top destinations for an active vacation (walking and mountain climbing, rafting, paragliding, biking, horseback riding, organized cultural excursions, foreign language courses, quad motorcycle ride) are Tara and Zlatibor. There is also lakeshore swimming and sunbathing.
For those who prefer tranquility there are mountains Golija, Zlatar and Stara Planina.
